Our Aftermarket Sales Team won’t be satisfied until they’ve won their customers over and converted them into Ravings Fans – customers so happy with the service they receive that they tell their friends and neighbors all about it. Whether one of our distribution partners or dealers, a service tech, or the product end user, our Aftermarket Sales team provides the stellar customer service and support both over the road and in-house that makes MORryde the talk of RV Town.

Organized into three different branches including Dealer/Distribution Support, Inside Sales, and Service, the Aftermarket Team works together to support each link in the distribution channel. They work hard to supply and promote products that deliver outstanding benefits to each of our customers.

With one foot in Account Management and the other in Aftermarket Sales, our Dealer/Distribution Representatives serve as bridges between the two worlds. They support customers through a wide variety of interactions, ranging from education and promotion to troubleshooting and technical support. Never content to remain in one place for too long, they travel across the country on a quest to win Raving Fans, representing MORryde at industry and retail shows, attending owners’ club rallies, and visiting dealers to provide training and listen to their needs. These individuals thrive on the diversity and fast pace of this role within the Sales Team because no one day for them is ever the same! Oh, no! You're cruising down the open road in your RV and need a replacement part, STAT! Never fear; MORryde’s next division of the Aftermarket Team, Inside Sales, is just a phone call away. This group handles a large volume of incoming phone calls addressing customers’ questions and concerns. They discover customers’ needs, meet them as best they can, and anticipate any future issues. In addition to entering orders and providing shipping quotes, our Inside Sales Team helps with the warranty process by creating return authorizations, coordinating the shipments of new parts, and following up to ensure a satisfactory resolution. At MORryde, Inside Sales is synonymous with exemplary customer care.

Finally, if a product needs to be replaced or installed or a part requires inspection by a professional, customers can schedule an appointment with the third branch of Aftermarket Sales, our Service Center. Hundreds visit MORryde every year for new installations, routine maintenance, and service and are treated like royalty for the duration of their stay. With free electrical hookups, a comfortable customer lounge, daily lunch, and a keepsake MORryde T-shirt, we make it our goal to send them down the road Happy Campers and Raving Fans.
