You’ll be asked for your thoughts and ideas on how to improve processes. You’ll work with fellow Operators and Supervisors to ensure department goals are met, with Quality to determine root causes of rejected parts, and with Engineering to troubleshoot problems when it comes to the manufacturability of a part. This team-oriented approach gives everyone a “voice” at MORryde.
